Schmidt Farms Property Owners Association Board of Directors
Our board was founded in 2005 by a group of dedicated volunteers who are also your neighbors who wanted to create a safe and welcoming neighborhood for their friends and families. Since then, we have grown to over 184 homes and continue to thrive as a close-knit community.
Board members serve 2 year terms with half of the board up for election every December at the annual meeting. Our subdivision depends on healthy volunteerism. Please use the contact form below if you are interested in being considered for the board.

Easily pay your POA dues online for a seamless and secure transaction. Please add 3% to cover the processing fee for all transactions. I.E, add $15 for $500 payment. Checks accepted at the mailbox near the park at 12702 Pennsylvania Place. Make sure to add your Address and/or Lot number in the memo of any payment.
